CocoBase Enterprise O/R 4.5 Integrates with Apache TOMCAT Server 4.X

(March 27, 2003) - THOUGHT Inc.'s new release of CocoBase Enterprise O/R version 4.5 Service Release 1 is integrated with the Apache Tomcat Server version 4.X. Developers can now use CocoBase to build and manage database access when creating applications to run on the Tomcat Server. CocoBase can be used to persist the full range of data needs in just a few clicks including complex object graphs and entire database schemas, without the need to hand-code JDBC, SQL, Java code, etc. CocoBase enables developers to cut the cost of database access development by up to 85%.

The main focus of CocoBase is to provide a solution that intuitively takes the developer from evaluation to successfully deployed enterprise-level application in a reduced time frame. Step-by-step tutorials for using CocoBase with Tomcat cover the details of configuration all the way through to generating a Java Server Page with required Web archive file. The thorough documentation combined with architectural mentoring, sales engineering resources and rapid-response technical support provides development teams with the level of service that creates successful projects.
