New IBM Service Products Address Technology Investment Challenges

IBM has introduced service products designed to help clients better align IT investments and infrastructure requirements with business goals. Five of the new service products are available immediately from IBM IT Strategy and Architecture Services group and can help companies create a more innovative, manageable, adaptive and cost-effective IT infrastructure that enables business growth. They are:
Business of IT Executive Workshop Service Product - assesses the IT processes and skills necessary to implement and run an IT environment capable of fulfilling an organization's business priorities. Provides an end-to-end, enterprise-wide view of IT operations based on the Component Business Model (CBM) approach.
Service Management Strategy and Planning Service Product - provides collaborative planning to define client IT service management strategies, conducts high-level and detailed capability maturity assessments, and creates a practical approach to implementing best practices.
Service Management Design Service Product - an integrated set of planning and design projects that help clients create a clearly defined service management model with full-lifecycle approach, best practices, industry process frameworks and open standards.
IT Optimization Solution Framing Service Product - designed to help increase the value of clients' IT infrastructure investments by pinpointing inefficiencies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining initiatives to better align the IT environment with business objectives.
Infrastructure Strategy and Planning Service Product - assesses the readiness and benchmark IT maturity levels of technical architecture and recommends, trains and oversees execution of a new more flexible and responsive IT roadmap.
